With the increased focus on this issue, I believe it to be important to send out this video for all of the compound archers. World Archery is really focusing in on the issue of Sky Drawing.
SkyDrawing is any time an archer draws back a bow with an arrow knocked in place, and that arrow is not pointed at the target or is pointed above the target and arrow back stop, pass the safety zone. This could potentially send the arrow well over the top of the target, the arrow back stop, and well pass the safety zone.
When archery practice resumes, we will address this directly, so that you as a compound archer, can be aware of what the rules and penalties are for sky-drawing.
You can check this video out for an example. If you have any questions, send me a text, and let’s talk about it.

Stay safe archery family, and we will see you real soon.
